My 10 year old daughter is very active in sports and a few months ago injured her heel and all of the tendons associated with the heel. She started out using just the heel cups that the Podiatrist gave her for her tennis shoes. Just the heel cup alone doesn't work with flip-flops or Crocs, so I ordered this product. It works like a charm! She is happy wearing it and says that it doesn't irritate her foot. I ordered 3 of them just so I'd have a spare to put in her gym bag. I have actually put them on and worn them around the house in the evenings after working all day and I will say that they feel GREAT!
I would reccommend these for any age and the one size fits all is perfect for even a very large foot. The velcro straps can be trimmed for a smaller foot. This product has been especially helpful for my child.
