 No more pain Aug 11, 2010
My daughter is 10 and is in gymnastics 12+ hours per week. She has been having heel pain for the past year so I set out to find something to protect her heels without hindering her abilities. She has used these for the past 3 weeks and she has not had any pain since she started wearing them.
Originally we ordered the ones for under 70 lbs. My daughter weighs 66 lbs and wears a sz 2/3 shoe. She was unable to get them on her feet. We exchanged them for the 70-80 lb ones. Again they were very hard to get on but she was finally able to get them on and after a couple weeks they are easy for her to get on.
The only time they are in the way is when she does the splits. They tend to stick to the floor. She uses them all the time in practice but will not be wearing them for a meet.

Good for gymnastics Apr 24, 2010
My 12 yr old daughter does competitive gymnastics, this has saved her heel! I love that it comes in small sizes, she has a size 2 foot and in the other brands the smallest size was a 6 or a 7.

The is great for my daughters heal. She wears it to gymnastics practice and it help keep her heal cushioned. It stays in place and fits great.

I was tempted to buy from this company due to the lower cost than other companies were selling it for. After seeing that the item was IN STOCK, I purchased 2 heel cups. I was given a week for my shipment. The day my order was suppose to arrive, Allegro medical sent me an e-mail stating my order was on Backorder and the product should be shipped in 3 weeks. After the 3 weeks passed, I called the company and they informed me that it was STILL on backorder. I would of not known that unless I contacted them. Therefore I ended up canceling my order. The company's customer service guy was very nice and apologetic, but it doesn't help the fact that it is now over a month since I placed the order and I have no product, plus the company is still posting that the product is IN STOCK. Shop somewhere else, it is worth the extra money!

My daughter has pain in her heals on occasion from pounding at practice. These really do help alleviate some of her pain.
