I am active in Taekwondo, and have also dislocated my little toe more times than I care to remember. Traumeel has helped me deal quickly and effectively with numerous bruises; and even got me ready to compete in a tournament a mere two days after dislocating (once again) my little toe.
Having tried both the gel and ointment, I recommend the gel. It is more pleasant to apply and seems to absorb faster.

This is a great product! I have recently used it to treat muscle spasms in my neck and hip and I highly reccommend it.
Give it about 10-15 minutes to show relief, you rub it on.
I have SLE(lupus) and this is the only product giving relief
for joint pain. Check with your Dr, of course.

I cannot give a fair review as I have not used the product yet and plan to place an order today. One should do a more thorough research before writing such a damaging review on any product. Homeopathic remedies are ultra diluted and manufactured under strict guidelines and regulated by the FDA. The use is not unlike being given a vaccine of a disease for the body to build an immunity against it.
