A friend told me her doctor recommended Traumeel after he had knee surgery and needed something for his knee pain. She said in all her years of going to his office, he had NEVER sold any products---however, Traumeel is sold at his office, because he believes anyone with pain could benefit from using it. I bought a tube, and I rubbed the ointment on my back and knees 3 X a day, and what a difference---in 24 hours, the back and knee pain had gone away. I use it regularly now, to the point where I make sure I have ordered another tube before the last tube runs out. I recommended Traumeel to my parents, and now they use it. My mother said my dad's foot was swollen and in pain, and he used the ointment on it---rubbing it on 3 X---and in 12 hours, the pain and swelling were gone. My parents then bought Traumeel to give to a friend who complained of a back ache. Again, their friend said the ointment worked on her back. I am telling everyone I know to order and use Traumeel on a daily basis for aches and pains. It goes on like a cream with no smell. I wish I would have heard about this product sooner! I'm a believer!

Miracle formula for inflammation Apr 28, 2009

This product is amazing. I had surgery for ACL and miniscus tear so i often experience knee inflammation. This product reduces and almost illiminates the inflammation within minutes.
The price is great. I paid $17.00 at my local health food store for only 50 g.m and this is $25 for 100 g.m Great savings. I have recommended this product to all my athlete friends.

In my opinion, Traumeel is a wonder-product. I first encountered Traumeel after a serious roll-over accident that left me badly bruised and in a lot of pain. My Accupuncturist recommended the Traumeel pills (for internal consumption) along with the Traumeel cream to rub gently into the bruised skin two times a day. I still use the cream for bruising and aching muscles. I wouldn't be without it and was so pleased to find it here on Amazon.

Traumeel has been so helpful for me in stopping tendonitis in my arm---used 2-3 times daily seems to be healing it and added strength to that arm. I just used it on my knee one day when I strained it--within 20 minutes I could go up stairs without pain! My mother-in-law uses it to relieve pain in her arthritic knees. She swears by it. The cream is so velvety, no strong odor, no heat, disappears into the skin and goes to work. I recommend it to everyone. Amazon has the best price I've found--Whole Foods has it but $20 for the smaller size.

Traumeel for Plantar Fasciitis Jan 31, 2011

About 3 years ago when my daughter was getting married I was suffering from a long-term bout of plantar fasciitis. We took dance lessons together so we could do the daddy-daughter dance at the reception and the pain was quite severe. I spent hundreds of dollars with a podiatrist (who wanted to do surgery!) and hundreds more on custom orthotics, plus a night splint. None of that was working. My endodontist used to be a personal trainer and she suggested Traumeel, which I had never heard of. I found it at Whole Foods and used it that night. When I woke up in the morning my pain was GONE and never came back - this was after 4-5 months of pain with conventional treatments such as icing, stretching, ibuprofen, rest, orthotics, night splint, etc. My daughter and I danced at her wedding a week later and had a great time. Now 3+ years later I have had a recurrence of the PF in the same foot, so I went right back to the Traumeel cream. After 2 days the pain is totally gone once again, and I am back running on the treadmill. This stuff is unbelievable. No smell, no burning, no staining - just rub it in. My two cents worth.
