I began walking five plus miles a day.
I bought this because I was getting pain in the flesh of my big toe where my second toe overlaps it just slightly. I had tried gel toe caps and separators along with several other products but this is the one that did the trick.
When I started getting redness and soreness in a toe on the other foot from the toe hitting the top of my shoe I put the second one on that foot and it worked there for me also.

These can only be worn when you are not walking in shoes. Even when sleeping they will slip off.

It's more comfortable to wear then most other things like that but it doesn't stay in place, you can easily loose it after a while and you can't wear it more then 1 day cause it gets dirty. I bought this for my mom she had a problem to put it on, so I had to do it for her. Most importantly it didn't fix her problem but to be honest she lost them all so she didn't wera it long enough to make a difference.
For some weird reason my mom liked it, probably because it was way more comfortable than PediFix Toe Straightener that i also bought it for her. She said that she feels like it does straighten her toe a little.
Another thing is it's uncomfortable to wear with a sock and shoes, you would have to wear very wide shoes.

Was looking for a product that would help straighten my 4th toe. Unfortunately this product does not do the job. Save your money if your looking to tap it to your 4th and 3rd toes

I tried a lot of things to align my mom's overlapping toes.
This one is light, soft, non-intrusive, versatile and works well.
It is not too robust, so I had to order two extra packs; still deserves 5 stars.
