Although the pillow was comfortable, it has an extremely unpleasant odor that did not go away with airing out. The company did not respond to my requests for a replacement pillow. Very dissatisfied!

I've had this pillow for almost 2 months now and I must say that it's AWFUL. I'm more tired now that ever because it's hard to sleep on me side as I normally do. The platform for your head is too small therefore you fight with it throughout the night to keep from rolling into the cradle. This pillow is a pain in the neck. I have more neck and shoulder pains now from trying to sleep on this beast. Buying this pillow was a waste of good money!

My chiropractor recommended this pillow after the previous "therapeutic" pillow I was using wore out, causing an increase in neck and back pain. They told me it could take two to four weeks for my body to adjust to the pillow. But the very first night, I slept better than I've slept in AGES. Making sure you're in the right position takes a little getting used to, but once you're there, it's great. I'm already noticing a decrease in pain.

The customer service at Therapeutica is horrendous and they spend a lot of effort to wiggle out of the 5 year warranty. I am tempted to post the condition of the foam after 4 years of use. Needless to say, if you like this pillow be prepared to replace it frequently. Also, do yourself a favor and read ALL negative reviews from all vendors. That alone should enlighten you to the sham.

Just got my pillow on a recommendation from my massage therapist friend. She has had her pillow for 10 years and it she still will not go anywhere without it! I am loving my pillow thus far. Yes, it does take a bit to get used to, but I have no back pain in the morning( I suffer from a herniated disc) and it is so cozy compared to my other pillow. I am not a back sleeper, so iam getting more use out of the 2 side sleeping areas. I probably would have purchased one size smaller. I got the average one, but I did not measure and was just going by what my friend bought years ago. Overall, this is a must for me, and very happy with it.
