Not firm enough; too expensive; no therapeutic benefits. Nov 21, 2010
By ishapiro I bought this foot roller a few months ago during a bout of plantar fasciitis and found it to provide little or no help. It does feel comfortable to roll on tired feet at the end of the day, but provides no therapeutic benefit and is overpriced for simply being a piece of molded rubber. The material is simply too soft to allow for deep tissue massage on the sole of the foot, and the roller's small mass means that any cooling effect (if you have chilled it in the freezer beforehand) is minimal and short lived. A frozen half-liter water bottle does a much better job for a tiny fraction of the price.

So-so Nov 07, 2009

If you have no other way to massage your foot or doctor your plantar fascitis, this will be a big help. However, if you have good cold tolerance, a plastic water bottle filled about 2/3 full and frozen will do a better job for a lot less money. My main disappointment: It doesn't seem cold enough to be effective for me, even after being frozen for a couple of days.

Foot Pain gone! Dec 01, 2011
By Ben Chee As a dancer, I use this item every day, multiple times. Its perfect for tight foot muscles, and you can just roll away the pain! Very highly recommended!

solid relief Oct 29, 2011
By M. Epstein I am a runner and have chronically sore feet. When my feet get really bad they start cramping. when this happens I use the roller on each foot for 2 or 3 minutes and this provides instant relief. I find placing it in the freezer makes it harder and more effective.
