I originally used this product Step Stretch, Each at my physical therapist appointments. I was so impressed with the great stretch it gave me that I asked physical therapist about buying one. He gave me this website. It actually arrived a couple of days later, just in time for me to pack it in my bag and use it on my vacation. It's so light and compact that I just put it in the corner of my bag. I highly recommend it. I was in therapy for hip bursitis, when it was initially used for me, but I have also got plantar fasciitis. It really keeps all of that stretched out. Awesome. Donna
