I wish I had known about this product while I was playing sports in high school! I used to get many blisters, and the band-aids only made things worse. Since then I have taken up hiking, and never leave home without some Spenco blister pads in my pack. They work wonders on sore feet--even the worst blisters. The gel pad cushions raw skin and provides a protective cover that allows blisters to heal without infection. The Spenco blister kit is the best product I have ever used on my blisters, and I recommend it for everyone!

Let the buyer beware. I ordered this item, the 5 pads, and I received their blister kit, a different item.

The old style 2nd. Skin Brand of blister pads stuck much better than this newer type. One plus is they are easy to peel off the blister so you don't pull the skin off with the pad. I wear these running and they tend to come undone around the edges after 10-15 miles and ripple and fold under.
