I was anxious to get this stuff, as I have fibromyalgia with chronic pain. It works good for about 5 minutes for me, then wears off to nothing. Not saying it's a bad product, just doesn't work for me :(

I purchased this cream at the recommendation of my sister-in-law, who likes to use natural products. She recommended the Sombra Hot Therapy for my husband's chronic sore back. He says the heat from the cream lasts a really long time. The smell isn't nearly as offensive or lingering as Bengay and some of the other drugstore brand creams. I like that Sombra is made of natural ingredients. I will definitely purchase this item again.

I have tried a number of these products and was anxious to give this a shot after reading the reviews. I'm sorry to say it just didn't do much for me, other than a subtle warmth that went away in a short time and the pain pretty much remained.

I found the BIOFREEZE pain relieving roll on much more effective, as well as more convenient.

I started using Sombra over 12 years ago. It was recommended by my chiropractor. Works better than BenGay or any other of those types products. Has pleasant orangeish odor. Best part is that it doesn't linger or stay on clothes or bed linens. Works great for sore muscles, restless leg. One caution--careful of touching eyes with your hands. It doesn't wash off completely; takes some time to wear off. Also, if you are going to be in the sun after using it will feel burning. Recommend for night use.

Sombra is a great product. The smell is far less intense and off putting than other similar products. Yet it's just as (if not more so) effective.

I deal with pain in my neck and shoulders most of the time, and applying Sombra really helps me cope with it.
