5Wonderful  May 21, 2011
By Shannon M. Dow
In an effort to find the perfect pillow, I ended up with a pile of various pillows stacked in my bedroom. I have tight neck muscles and using this pillow has alleviated all of the pain I used to wake up with in the morning. It is firm, but not hard. I found it very comfortable from night one. When you are sleeping on your side, it cradles the sides of the face so that there is no strain on the neck; the shoulder indent also makes it more comfortable than an ordinary pillow. Be sure to get the right size. It determines how high the pillow is. I'm a little under 5'-5" and went with the small. I let my son (who also has a tight neck) try it, and now he wants one. I'm not sure it helps much with snoring; however, but I suppose it depends on the cause of the snoring.

5awesome, great help for my sore neck and arm  Dec 19, 2011
By Princess
Small Travel, 16" x 12" x 3" - for traveling
Medium Travel, 16" x 12" x 4" - for traveling
Small, 24" x 12" x 3" - for 5'4" and shorter
Medium, 24" x 12" x 4" - for 5'5" and shorter
Large, 24" x 12" x 5" - for 5'10" and taller & broad sholders

I was a bit confused on the sizes and the above chart located at healthykin.com was helpful. I am 5'4" and I am very happy with the small (not travel). I have used the pillow for a week so far and I sleep better. The pain in my arm from the hotel pillows is slowly subsiding. The notch for my shoulder is making for a more comfortable position. The height is just right. I like that it has breather indents on both sides as I turn during the night.

Yes the pillow stinks a bit at first and goes away. I have been sleeping on a memory foam pillow. This memory foam is so much better. I bought dozens of pillows over the years. I think this one will be a keeper. I highly recommend the sleepright side memory foam pillow.

After trying to use the pillow for a few days and not being able to turn my neck in the mornings. I can say you know that old pillows was not bad at all.
