4No more neck pain!  Jul 09, 2010
By Cori A. Murphy
I sleep on my stomach, not really comfortable with CPAP on!, This pillow has not only helped me to stay on my side more, but offered better support for my neck. I must have cranked my neck to sleep on my stomach. My neck hurt everyday and was really stiff, after using the pillow one time my neck didn't hurt and was better each day.
I do wish it came with 4 pillow cases, that would really help. I have recommended this pillow to several of my friends who are on or have family that wear CPAP/BIPAP.

5Great Relief  May 18, 2010
By C. Peterson "pooh2"
Being a side sleeper, this pillow not only provided comfort for the mask - but also handled the neck/shoulder stress that regular pillows cannot provide. Would recommend this pillow for almost anyone.

2Still in pain  May 22, 2011
By Christian M. Mericle "Computer Geek"
Some reviews state that the pillow is too narrow. I compared it with the neck-supporting memory foam pillow I was using before, and it is the exact same size. What's good about this pillow is that the indention on each side accommodates the main part of the mask nicely to alleviate pressure against it. The problem is the pillow's forehead area (#6 in the color-coded image). I have a ResMed Mirage Quattro and the pillow's "inclined forehead support" presses against the plastic portion of the mask where it rests against the forehead. This forces the mask sideways and against the bridge of my nose. In an attempt to avoid this, I turn my head to an uncomfortable angle and end up with the [back or neck] pain that I was hoping this pillow would eliminate. Overall, I'm very disappointed and even considered leaving a one-star rating.

5pillow critique  Oct 28, 2010
By judith hansen "jkarenh"
Love this pillow. Thought it would be hokey but it is extremely comfortable and leaves me without the unsightly strap-face that lasted hours into my day. No one needs to know my sleep problems and I don't have to answer questions about those strange markings on my cheeks. Thank you! Do wish more people would buy them so the price will come down.

2I'm not having good luck with it  Sep 01, 2010
By Richard W
I've been using it for several weeks now and I'm not very pleased with it. I find the cushion too hard and I wake up with a headache. I can't seem to position my head in the right place for the mask (Mirage Liberty) to rest off the pillow in the groove where it's supposed to go.

I just don't like it.

I think it should be made of some kind of memory foam. It's way too stiff.
