A dear friend had aggressive surgery for vulvar cancer which fortunately had not metastasized, but the pain was severe and with this donut pillow she can sit comfortably again. Plus, it even relieved her husband of his low back pain! It was an inspiration to buy this from Amazon. Many thanks.

Works great, firm and does NOT squish down very much at all over time which means it keeps working very well. I sometimes get bicycle saddle sores when riding long distances. This is a good cure back at home recuperating. Maybe even Would fit on an equestrian saddle in the field? Can be placed horizontal or rotated, depending where sore.

I just had a few tumors removed. The largest was on my "upper thigh". I have been kneeling to use the computer. I just received this donut, and I immediately am able to sit comfortably in my computer chair. This was worth every penny.

My mother who is 94 years young, developed a couple of sores on her buttocks which became very painful. These lesions were caused by the fact that she spends most of the day sitting down due to arthritis on her knees. Her doctor prescribed an antibiotic ointment and I got her this marvelous cushion to prevent the lesions from rubbing against anything while she seats. She got instant relief from the pain and with the ointment the sores are disappearing. She now seats and watches her favorite sports on TV without any problems.
