Finally, a pillow that doesn't squash or collapse Dec 07, 2008

The problems that people with neck problems and headaches know all too well: 1. all foam and fill pillows, including orthopedic models, eventually break down 2. memory foam literally melts down with body heat, providing no support. (Memory foam makes no sense, never has, but somehow dominates the bed and pillow world.) Sound familiar?

Solution: Get a neck pillow with an adjustable air pump.

If you have also wasted many dollars and years trying all sorts of neck pillows, do yourself a favor and get this air support pillow by Roho, perhaps the best of the air pillows. Your head is cradled by rows of air cells. IT DOESN'T COLLAPSE! It's adjustable to the firmness you desire, and the air core is made of a durable material that lasts. The dual core version, highly recommended, provides a row of cells that support the neck.

Like many others going through a "pillow crisis", I've tried many pillows in many shapes and sizes and I know it is a maddening process. I purchased this based on the level of customization it provides, and on that level it does succeed - however I just couldn't get comfortable on it. It is well-made and easy to use but comfort is so subjective with pillow shopping and the no-return policy is what gives this a lower rating. My suggestion is to try to find pillows that are returnable, but if you are desperate like I was, then all you can do is buy it and hope for the best. That is a tough way to shop, so read the reviews and take your time.

Very comfortable, light weight, great for travel. Highly recommend the two valves option for better neck support. Great product.

I bought this pillow after using my wife's one night when she was out of town. She bought it from her chiropractor who said that it would help with her shoulder pains and headaches.

I was sold right away. My sleep quality has greatly improved, and I have more energy during the day. It takes some getting used to, but it works well for side and back sleepers (I'm both). Also, sleep apnea seems to have diminished as a result of clear breathing passages. This pillow is a great find, and I've already suggested it to several friends.
