I bought this heating pad for my wife who has gone through numerous inexpensive pads. She uses this pad on her back at night before she goes to bed and it works great. Pros: 1. Numeric temperature setting which works awesome. 2. Provides moist heat without adding water. 3. The texture of the pad inside of the cover has tiny rubber nobbies(which can't be felt through the cover) that keeps the pad in place so it doesn't slide all over the place. 4. The temperature is constant without fluctuating(scalding hot out of nowhere). A real quality pad. Cons: 1. No back light in the digital display. 2. Automatic shut off is too short. This is a great heating pad and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quality pad. (It is medical grade, not drug store quality). Definitely worth the extra money.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this heating pad! It is the best I have ever owned. I did some research on the top brands, only to find too many negative reviews on the top 2 moist heat pads I checked out. Then I found this one, and it did not have any of the issues of the other 2, plus a medical professional also preferred this one to the other 2. That solidified that for me, and I chose to buy this one - and it is the answer to my prayers and dreams - absolutely worth the money - best investment for my back and neck problems ever!

I haven't had this heating pad long, so I can't say anything about its durability, but so far, I think it's the best one I've ever owned. The pad heats up fast, maintains very consistent temperature, and at the top of its temperature range it gets plenty hot! I love the thermostatic control for making precise adjustments. It stays on for up to an hour, which I think is fine; if you want more time, you just press a button. Much better than those heating pads where you have to constantly push a switch to keep it on.

I purchased this heating pad because of the great reviews but must have missed the fact that the digital control did not light up. I tend to use this more at night than in the day so not having a lighted control was a deal breaker for me. It heated great and appeared to be well made but I had to send it back. Good product just not for me.....
