This is a pretty good tool for massage, but the slick finish on the handle tends to let the tool rotate when pressure is applied. Obviously, the way to combat this rotational tendency is to grip the tool harder, but a harder grip accellerates hand fatigue. If the handle had a slight oval shape rather than round, I believe it would solve this problem. Nevertheless, this tool definitely helps target fiberous banding in muscle tissue. The smaller tip focuses pressure, so less is needed to achieve the desired effect.

I'm happy with my purchase. It's more for working out a specific not than a general massage, but it sits comfortably in the hand and accomplishes its purpose. I was initially hesitant to get the 'cap' rather than the 'ball,' but I'm glad I got the cap: it's smaller surface area allows greater pressure to be focused on one problem spot.

I have many pressure point reliever devices but this one is my favorite. It has a small diameter knob which is really great at getting at the pressure points, especially of the neck. I find it hard to push the wide knobs effectively to relieve the pain. This one just gets at the areas easily. It can be used on any body muscles...especially muscles that are not sore until you push on the areas and realize that you have points built up there (upper inner arms, clavicles, etc). It is small enough to carry in my purse so I can use it at work while I am sitting at my computer. I am getting a bunch to give as xmas presents because everyone that I work with have sore necks too!

This turned out to be the best massage tool for trigger points ever! Why didn't I find this earlier? So easy to use and so efficient. Awesome!

This tool is very easy to use, comfortable with the cap, and the handle's dull ends are well polished so they can be used on rubbing larger areas. Excellent value.
