Provides some help for mid-back pain and improves posture.. Mar 09, 2010
By cwonthebeach The thoracic pivot is a fairly good product, helps the mid-back muscles release. I noticed better posture after using it but go easy at first or you'll be sore the next day. I would recommend no more than 3-5 minutes at first till you see how it goes. The key to using any pivot device is to relax you muscles so if it's uncomfortable and you can't relax laying on the pivot move it around some.
