I am an occupational therapist in Home Care and recommend these often for my patients who have limits in shoulder movement. I also carry around one for treatment and training. It is simple to put together and sturdy enough to use in the clinic (especially at this price!)

This inexpensive pulley is just like the one at my physical therapists office. It is lightweight and well-made. Easy to use and remove from door when you don't want to use it. You could even take it on a trip with you.

I purchased this product because it was recommended by my husbands physical therapist. He had a stroke about 6 months ago and this pulley has really helped with his rehabilitation progress. I also use it for myself for just regular exercise and I am very pleased with it too. I would definetly recommend this one for anyone in the market. I had checked other places and found the best price on Amazon.com. It is well worth the money.

After a shoulder injury, I hated going to (and paying for!) PT. This device is great for a therapy routine at home. Easy to set up. If you are scared to death at the the thought of getting a frozen shoulder, this will be a great help. And at this price, you can't go wrong.
