I had a pulley system that was given to me by my physical therapist when I had my other rotator cuff injury. This system is far superior in design and quality to the old system.
It is very simple to put together. It took me just a few minutes to put this together and I recently had rotator cuff surgery.
I highly recommend this item for anyone that has rotator cuff problems.

This shoulder exercise pulley has been everything that I expected. Fast delivery, easy to assemble, mounts over my doors and has helped me rehab from rotator cuff surgery.

This is great item. It's very well made and hangs easily over the door. It has been very beneficial to my upper back and shoulders. I would greatly recommend it.

the pully system works very good for working on shoulder imobility. Physical Therapist thought the device was very good too.
