1st appt w/podiatrist was told I have arthritis in my first metatarsal on my left foot. He then placed this bunion sleeve on my left foot. It's great comfort eliminated the irritating movement inside my shoe that had changed my gait. He charged my $40 for 1 sleeve and now I'm finding it on line for $9.74. Talk about greed!

This bunion sleeve works great for a couple days then starts to stretch and loosen. I would recommend spending a little more money and get one that will last

Although the gel is soft and feels good against my bunion, it's a little snug when worn with a thin sock and shoe. Around the house in slippers is good.

I really love this sleeve. I have bought and tried an arsenal of bunion products. This fits snugly (I ordered a small as I have a narrow foot) and I had no trouble with it fitting inside my shoe. The padding over the bunion is soft and protects nicely. I wore a pair of closed toe sandals today and even though it appears that I have some kind of bandage on my foot it is discreet. I am going to order another so I will have a spare.
