IT DOES WHAT IT'S SUPPOSE TO DO!! good product! is exactly what the product description is, no surprises...im happy with it....it's simple construction, soft fabric, good gel padding, fits nice but not too tight, n is comfortable....i wear it during the day with my converse sneakers which are a pretty snug fit...don't expect to actually align the big toe, it does not do that, but it is good padding on the bunion, totally protects it n takes away the pain of the shoe pressure....

My wife's foot doctor has a more expensive model that is much better.
This is a lower quality and these run larger than the one we get from the doctor.
Do not expect this product to fully protect bad bunions.

This product is just okay, but I really wouldn't reccomend it; it's not worth the money. If you have bunyions that tend to be painful, this won't alleviate any pain.
