3So so pillow  Jun 13, 2007
By Cookbookaddict
I had been using a tubular neck pillow filled with buckwheat hulls that pretty much eliminated the pain in my shoulder that according to my physician was probably due to arthritis in my neck. I got tired of the buckwheat hulls escaping in spite of the covering and cervical pillows are so heavily advertised that I thought that one might not only be neater (literally) but better. Also this pillow fits into a standard pillow case which is a real boon. So I bought this pillow. After a couple of days of use my shoulder pain returned but I persisted for a couple of weeks because I thought that maybe I just needed to get used to the cervical pillow. The shoulder pain increased and I finally went back to the tubular neck pillow which again eliminated my shoulder pain. If cervical pillows work for you, this would be a good pillow. The two lateral edges are of different heights so there is some flexibility as to which height you can use under your neck. It appears to be a well constructed pillow and my head did not get hot using it because the foam is aerated. That is another problem I have with my tube - my neck gets hot. But the bottom line for me is that my tube pillow allows me complete flexibility with respect to how much support my neck gets. No cervical pillow can do that. I wish it could.

5An amazing pillow  Apr 03, 2007
By J. Dressler "JKD"
I suffer from severe neck and shoulder pain and this pillow has allowed me to wake up feeling pain free for as long as I have been using it (weeks!). I considered and tried out the expensive alternatives but for someone with recurring cervical spine area problems, this pillow is the best.

4takes time  Dec 29, 2008

I have never purchased a pillow similar to this; therefore, my response is perhaps only useful for a new user. The first time I tried the pillow, I could tell that it did provide the support and correction to my posture as it indicated; however, it is difficult to get use to sleeping with this type of pillow: it is very firm and the general shape.

I am now on three weeks and feel that I am almost use to the pillow.

5Excellent product!  Feb 25, 2008
By Steve C
I have purchased these pillows over the years. Best I have found to offer relief for neck and back pain. It offers 4 positions of use, is made of foam rather then memory foam, which for me is cooler and firmer!
Obus-Forme makes good products for this market!

4Obus Forme Neck and Neck 4 in 1 pillow  Oct 14, 2008
By gsmd_bari "-Don"
This pillow was recommended by my Chiropractor after I complained about my memory foam pillow. I had neck aches almost every night! I thought the memory foam pillow was supposed to be so good, as it was cervical etc, but he explained that it is actually too soft. I switched to this one and miraculously my neck is much better!
This is a very light weight pillow with ridges, but seems to hold up well so far and is very comfortable too. I only wish it came L-O-N-G-E-R so it would fill up my long pillowcases. Only meant for a standard small pillowcase. It comes with a cover and I also put a hypoallergenic cover over it.
Excellent product!
