Best roller- buy it Mar 25, 2010
By Delsia The blue marble and green marble OPTP foam rollers are the best that I have found. They are worth the money, most of the other products out there are too soft for effective use and wear down quickly. My gym has this type of roller for member use and I had to buy one for home. I run and work out daily and when I thought I pulled something in my knee a trainer asked me if I rolled out all my muscle groups in my legs. When I rolled out the leg with the troubled knee, I felt the tension release and my knee has been fine since. Tight muscles contribute to all kinds of strain and injuries. If you work out at any level, you should own a high-density foam roller. Rolling out your muscles has more health benefits that I can list in this review, but bottom line- you will feel better, it helps prevent injury and is much better than simple streching.

Rollin to loosen up :) Jan 29, 2011
By Jeebs 67 I first tried a product like this 2 years ago, liked it then. So I finally got my own. I can't even begin to tell you how great this roller is. Durable (I'm 270 lbs.), no deformation. This roller is invaluable as a stretching and deep massage tool, where one can use ones body weight to their advantage. I've sung its praises to friends and let them try it, and they've been equally impressed. It shipped promtly and gave me relief and satisfaction from the first use. I strongly recommend this product. BUY IT!!!

Best foam roller out there! Mar 22, 2011
By K. Keough This foam roller is a game changer. I was so sick of having to wait to be at the gym to use their foam roller so I finally bit the bullet and bought my own. This specific one came highly recommended from my pilates instructor. I know it's a little pricey but it is durable and sturdy, it will absolutely pay for itself even just after a week's worth of use! It's hard but not painfully hard. I've used too soft foam rollers before and they do nothing! You do really need to opt for a harder one for it to really work it's magic on your muscles. This one is the perfect firmness!

A must Nov 10, 2010
By cheekeeman This roller is a must if you exercise a lot. I have used it many a time to avoid going to the chiropractor. Or just to loosen up some tight muscles I can't reach any other way. Great for IT band.

Why do they call this a toy? May 22, 2011
By Big Dog This roller cured my year long back problems. I am a teacher and my middle back had been killing me at the end of the day for over a year. I saw a physical therapist and tried stretching and strengthening exercises and they did help some but this roller cured me after using it twice. I put the roller against my back against a wall and went up and down 10 times and now I am cured. Thank you Chris Freytag for showing the use of the roller on KARE11.
