If you have the all-too-common malady of lower back pain, this lumbar roll will definitely provide some relief. Often, sitting down is the most painful position with lower back pain. This provides just the right amount of support and can be placed in just the right position. A very solidly built cushion. Not too firm, not too soft.
This model works best with chairs that have soft backs or at least backs with some "friction". On hard chairs with very smooth backs, this can move around a bit when you don't want it to. For those situations you may wish to look for an almost identical product that is flat on one side.
