Works great! Aug 15, 2010 This is very easy to use and does exactly what it is supposed to do. Saves me lots of trips to the Chiropractor.

getting better all the time! Jul 07, 2010 For the last year the pain in my fractured and herniated C6-C7 has been intense, shooting pain down my left arm and numbing my index finger. A cortizone procedure helped for about six months, but now with returning pain.
An inversion machine keeps me stretched out a lot, and helps, but when I'm traveling I cannot bring the machine along.
This Neck Pro product is still new to me, using it for only seven days.
I was instructed by my Chiorpractor to rachet the unit to 8 lbs. After four days I felt no relief, so I increased the weight to 10-11 lbs. This seems to help a lot.
The machine comes with a door bracket, but I installed an eye hook on my ceiling just above my computer so I can at least read while using it.
For camping I'm going to create a bracket that will attach to a pine tree.
My pain is intense, so I'm thinking outside the box and not relying on Neck Pro to serve all my applications while traveling.
I use it for 10 minutes in the morning, and at night. It seems my pain comes on more often now while not in use, but maybe It's because my spine compresses more easily after it is stretched out?
Does anybody have any feedback on this issue? i'm certainly not going to quit using it, and don't want to increase the weight...or maybe I should?

Great Customer support, Damages Door Jul 06, 2010 So my original adjustable mounting brake bent. The wing nuts, which are difficult to adjust, came loose and created a torque on the bracket causing it to bend. Called and within five minutes, literally, they offered to send me a new one which is non-adjustable.
I can only speak for the non-adjustable because I have not received the new bracket. The bracket will damage or cause indentations in your door if it is wood. Metal door I have not tried. Other than that its a great unit, and the customer service is amazing!

Great adjunct to my physio practice. Jun 05, 2010 Bought this product for various reasons. The first was because it is more practical to use than those devices using weights. The second reason was to assist patients of mine who have disc narrowing, sometimes with nerve impingement. The forces needed to effectively pull the neck manually are great, so manual techniques are limited by the therapists strength, endurance and frequency of treatment. Showing my patients how to use this device and giving them a daily regimen has aready given these patients wonderful and amazing results. I would strongly recommend this product to people with disc narrowing and herniated(slipped)discs which is confirmed by a medical practitioner. If you have been identified as a candidate for a neck operation, the Neckpro is well worth a try before going for the op.
The Neckpro is very well built and well tolerated by my patients. A spreader bar would be ideal for those with larger heads though. Very highly recommended product for the right candidates.

Husband loves it Jun 01, 2010 Husband with daily neck pain, and this product is the only thing which relieves it. He has not felt this good for 5-7 years, but only if he uses it consistently. Requires use of a solid-wood or metal door, or you will punch a hole right through the "wood".
