1Blister pads don't stay put  May 23, 2012

These seem like they would be perfect, no residue, light pad, light adhesive...once your feet start sweating whether in my tennis shoes or hiking boots the pads migrate to other locations. I did a hike with one on each heel, by the end of the hike, I had huge blisters on my heels and the pads both ended up on the back of my calves! My group got a good laugh, but I was in pain.
