Being in the military I run a lot and sometimes I had to tape up my toes so they would not blister up. I also used the tape for my feet I would wrap them so they would feel compressed. I never had a problem with the tape ripping or leaving a sticky residue on my feet afterwards.

As a former gymnast and current CrossFitter, I love this tape. I visit my CrossFit gym 4-5 times a week and always keep a role or two of this athletic tape in my gym bag. Wrapping a couple lengths around my wrists help preserve my joints and lessen the risk of strain when performing heavy lifts. I've also found this tape to be a God-send for pull-up heavy WODs (Workouts Of the Day) - a couple wraps around each wrist and in between the fingers prevents my skin from tearing.
Cheap and immensely practical!
