What a Great Product Oct 10, 2006
By Blair R. Patton

I ordered a Corestretch because a friend recommended it for my tight back muscles. I have been frustrated by inversion tables because they did not stretch the muscles in my lower back very well. Literally the first time I tried the Corestretch I could feel my legs and back stretching. I was surprised how tight I actually was. I used it for 5-10 minutes and I could pain-free touch my toes, for the first time in two years. It is very simple to use...one of those " I could have thought of this" things, but boy does it stretch. For me, it is the best stretching device for my back and legs I have tried. I have told several people about this product, and have not heard a single complaint. I think this is a winner.

Over rated? Apr 01, 2009
By RealTime Other reviews for the Medi-Dyne CoreStretch Exerciser have been glowing. I'm happy for these owners, but I am not as enthused. The device will help to stretch the back and shoulders, even the hamstrings, but after the first few basic recommended stretches, it is mostly a matter of repetition even though the instruction sheet illustrates different "advanced" stretches. For this reason I think it is very overpriced; hence my mediocre rating. If the device were $30.00 rather than $60.00, I'd rate it somewhat higher.

Good for disk relief Mar 12, 2011
By Sean Lott

I have a bulging L4 disk and a protruding L5 disk. Any of you with disk problems KNOW how they can send all kinds of pain and bad sensations down your legs. People with disk problems also know the best way to relieve your back (no, not surgery or shots) is to keep your core strong, avoid further compression of your disks, and stretching. I find this product to be very helpful in the stretching department. I visit a therapist who uses this device as part of the rehab process. I brought one for myself. This device is EXCELLENT for lengthening my back and helping to get me in longer stretch positions than I could achieve naturally. Anything that separates my disks and lengthens my back provides instant relief for the pressure that the bulges and protrusions place on my lower limb nerves. Highly recommended!

Medi-Dyne CoreStretch Core Body Exerciser Jan 24, 2011
By ron capps list I used to have very tight lower back and leg muscles and I was in severe pain. I went to a chiropractor after going for weeks to a physical therapist without much luck. The chiropractor's office has one of these that I used to warm up before his adjustments. It, in itself, worked wonders for me. I am ordering one now through Amazon so I can save some dollars at the chiropractor's office. It's priced higher than I'd like to see but it will save money by not going to the chiropractor's office as much. I highly reccomend this device because it truely works!
