hand exerciser Jun 23, 2008
By Daniac I have both the soft and medium eggcersizer and both work well. I usuaaly use the soft green egg in the morning when my hands are quite stiff and sore and switch to the medium blue egg in the afteroon.

Highly recommended for computer users Jul 04, 2008

These eggsercizers saved me from painful RSI. I take an egg with me almost wherever I go, and squeezing it throughout the day has completely cleared away the hand and wrist pain and stiffness I used to get from being on the computer so much.

Eggsercizer hand exerciser Aug 14, 2010
By veggiess I bought the medium and the extra soft. The medium is almost a bit firm for a woman's hand, but is a definite work-out and has increased my strength. The extra soft is just what someone else said, like a big gooey gum drop. It's addicting to use and keeps my hands busy without fatiguing them. It doesn't work as a great hand work-out for increasing strength but it will reduce stiffness. I like it (the extra soft) because I wanted one to keep me from picking my fingernail beds, which is a bad habit of mine. I use it at home and take it everywhere with me. The medium I use for a short time each day at home to increase strength. They are not too sticky and seem to hold up well.

Firm is an understatement Jan 24, 2011
By A. Rogers I am very disapointed in this item. Instead of saying that it is firm it should state that it is rock hard. I might as well have a rock to exercise my hand. It was a huge waste of money. If anything it will make my hands hurt worse.

Happy with it Aug 28, 2008

I bought this for my Mother-in-law, she has started having trembling in her hands. She is pretty happy with this product. She said it fits perfectly in her hand and is able to exercise with it comfortably. Just keep it away from tots- mine got hold of it and left her tooth mark on it LOL!
