 GREAT IDEA, POOR FOLLOW THROUGH...... Jul 30, 2010
Strange pillow to say the least. Very very heavy once filled with water. It takes a lot of time filling and emptying to find the right level of firmness to fit your desires. By that point you'll eventually get the back side of this pillow soaking wet. My head moved a lot from the shifting of the water inside. Definitely felt like lying my head on a water bed. I was not impressed by this pillow at all and gave up hope and interest 2 days after this purchase. I've bought close to 10 pillows over the past 2 years searching for the right one. This was probably the worst of them all. I wouldn't recommend this pillow, but to each their own.

We are on our second set and have been using these pillows for about five yours in total. My husband is very rough on pillows, so we had previously needed to replace foam or down approximately every 3 months. We do use and replace the covers for our water pillows as the stain problem still exists. He has, however, begun to place a hand towel between the cover and case to absorb any perspiration.
These pillows are great! There is no problem with sloshing sounds or "sinks" in the pillow's center. You must take care while filling the bladder to prevent spillage which results in staining. Staining may not bother some, but it does bother me.
The user decides just how much head support is needed and fills the bladder to meet those needs.
I can't see our ever buying a different pillow.

Product is exactly like the one sold to me by my chiropractor, but nearly half the cost. Made by same firm as the "professionally" distributed version, with different name branding. Good product, good price, good experience.

I've experienced neck pain over the years from several pillows, and I have had a hard time finding a pillow that fits "just right". After struggling with several other pillows for years, I decided to try this one, especially considering that the relatively low price was worth the risk.
I must say that this pillow is EXCELLENT. I've been using it for 2 weeks now. It is very comfortable - not too big, but not too flat.... not to hard but not too soft. I think the water feature makes it just right. I have slept very comfortably for two weeks and haven't had any neck pain when I wake up.
I was able to easily fill it with water and get out any "extra" air. I have not experienced any "sloshing" noises at all while I sleep. The pillow is quite a bit heavier than other pillows due to the water, but that's not really a big deal.
Highly recommend it.

I saw the pillow advertised in a magazine and they said it was at Amazon.com. I called and ordered and it came aout a week later and I am very satisfied with it.
