I've used "Body Glide" and Mueller's "Lube Stick" for protecting my feet while running, and the "Lube Stick" is superior. It's less paste-like and has a smaller surface area, so it doesn't clump when applying and you don't get any anywhere you don't intend for it to be. Less waste + less mess = more happy.

I was amazed you get a 2.25 oz. stick , compared to the little mini .6 oz stick from body glide. No complaints with the lube protection offered by the product. I use it so I dont get blisters on my feet when working all day with work boots on, more than just runners and athletes can use this item.

Mueller's lube is great for feet, any area that can get chafed from clothing, or skin against skin. I buy this product by the case and also give it as gifts to my running friends, particularly those who run long distances. I've tried countless brands and this is the best. It's not greasy, it doesn't make your feet slide around in shoes, and you won't notice it on your skin. It stays on and is effective for at least a marathon without reapplication. It's got a neutral smell, and a stick lasts a long time. Goodbye blisters, goodbye chafe.

Running 15 miles and over (or less in rain) this product is a must. Great for preventing chaffing as well as preventing blisters.

I do a lot of walking at work and have found Bodyglide to be very helpful. However, it has a musty smell that co-workers have mentioned. This product does just as well as the Bodyglide product, but without the musty smell. Sure glad that I came across Mueller Lube Stick for Runners. Thanks goes to Amazon for making this product available.
