This tape is exactly what they used on my son at physical therapy and it was easy to learn to use and apply.

Great tape for plantar facitis if you are a runner Oct 30, 2009
I have been using these two tapes for my arch of my left foot for years. I am a distance runner and this gives me the extra support I need to keep my foot healthy.

This is exactly the same product that they used in physical therapy on my knee. It works perfect.

The white cover roll did not stick to my skin as well as the kind used by my physical therapist. I even tried cleansing the skin with alcohol first. When I would perspire under the tape it would slide and make the Leukotape useless. A waste of my money. The box is identical to what the PT used, but is obviously not the same quality.

Solid athletic tape. Stays put, and when used together (the cover-roll stretch underneath the leukotape) will not rip your skin.
