I've used multiple forms of kinesio tape and this one seems to work best. While you do have to adhere to the instructions to get the tape to work (please refer to my comment on Chucky's review) when used properly, this tape is great at relieving pain, decreases swelling and adds extra support to your joints without the restrictions of having a brace.

The kinesio tex gold 2inx103.3ft is no good. It fell apart during hot temperature. It did not stay on when sweating. I'm disappointed.

I have used many kinesio tapes and this one has got to be the best one all around. Most of the tapes are hypoallergenic but some people still have minor reactions to them. If you broke out or had a reaction to others try this one. It has worked the best for me and my patients.

There is an issue with the ones who do not know the right way to apply this tape. If you do not know the right technique to apply this tape it will fall down. The tape needs to be cut in certain way and applied without pressure at the beginning and end of the tape for it not to fall apart. After wasting a full roll I asked a physiotherapist who was using it with her patients who taught me the right technique. My tape stays in place during a whole spinning class an even inside the pool. It is worth the try and research on the internet about proper technique application. I have a ACL and meniscal knee injury.

I've used several kinds of kinesio tape, but this stuff by far is the best. It last for days at a time and I wear it on my feet walking around all day, shoving my feet in and out of shoes. It even leaves little residue on the skin when taken off compared to other products Ive tried.
