In the last year I have hurt my ankles, knees, shins....any part of my leg that could be messed up I've succeeded in doing it. So while doing some online research I saw a lot of places (for running) recommended taping. Taping. Is excellent. This tape (Kinesio) is not. I decided to bite the bullet and get the name brand hoping for better quality. The reviews I read said this tape stays on through even a shower... I'm lucky if I can get through a run without the blue tape starting to peel off and make a wad and causing irratations. I've since been given other tapes by a friend that work great, but I don't know the brand name yet so I'm of little help recommending something else. If you want to try this tape still I recommend not getting the blue tape at any rate and not expecting it to stay on for days....if you're lucky, it will last you through a longer run.
