I have been using the Kinesio Tex Tape Gold for 4 or 5 years now and love it. It stays on for a long time for what I use it for. Depending on what I am doing it will stay on for 4 or 5 days. I haven't found anything else that does as good a job as this Kinesio Tex Tape Gold.
