Love this pillow! Put 2 of these cervical pillows in a standard sized pillow case and it works better than any other pillow designed for neck pain. Due to a bicycle injury 20 years ago I have chronic neck pain, tried and bought every pillow you could imagine until I tried this as a last resort- no longer wake up in the middle of the night with nagging pain. Have been using this double pillow method of 10 years and couldn't imagine having to sleep a night without it. Great for travel too!

The original Jackson pillow is hard on the sides and soft in the middle. This one is medium throughout. Very disappointing.

Good pillow. Relieved neck pain.
If one uses it upright as a center support for the back in a chair, it flattens out. Hardly a criticism because it is a neck pillow. However, it works for the back, also
Wish there had been a cover included for the price.

When I was told by my chiropractor that this was the pillow I should be sleeping on, I got on amazon and ordered it right away. since the pillow's arrival I've slept much better, but have also found it easier to sleep on my back, which was harder for me to do with standard pillows. I would recommend this pillow to anyone with neck problems.
