5Great product  Oct 01, 2010
By Adam C. Sloane "A reader"
This is a great product that, especially when used in conjunction with other exercises and stretches for tennis or golfer's elbow, signifiantly helps the condition. A couple of caveats: first, if you already have an injury, start with the red or yellow Flexbars. The Green resistance is a bit advanced for those with active injuries. Second, don't rely on the pictures of the principal exercise that come with the product itself. Instead, search online for the NY Times story on the device and follow the link to the Youtube demonstration of the exercise to learn the proper form.

4Thera-band  Jul 20, 2010

It has helped my "Tennis Elbow". It would have been more beneficial if I had started with the less resistant flexbar.

5Cured my Tennis Elbow  May 25, 2012
By Edward Caccia
I had a very painful flare up of tennis elbow and decided to try this after reading a bunch of reviews. Very simple review: it worked beautifully for me.

At first it hurts like heck to do the specific twist exercise (instructions included, good videos on you tube as well), but it is pretty crazy how quickly doing it begins to relieve the pain... It's totally counter-intuitive that it would work so well. But it does, and pretty fast (within a week), so who cares :-)

I went with the green medium resistance one shown here, there are lighter and heavier ones available on amazon too. I'd say the Medium will be enough for most people, and perhaps too much for light framed men and women.

4Well made and useful  Jan 01, 2012
By Peter Barland, M.D.
I found the Theraband was very helpful in building the strength in my suppinators and pronators after a serious accident. It maintained it's resistance after many uses. Easy to store and tar vel with.

5Very Promising Results in Treating Tennis Elbow  Jan 09, 2010
By KKBear
It's a little early for definite results, but I bought this after reading a New York Times article which said how effective it's use is in treating tennis elbow from which both my boyfriend and I suffer. He's been using it for a couple of weeks now and says it's made a huge difference in one arm, less so in the other. I was hurting very badly last night so I took two ibuprofen and did the exercises. I don't know if I should be too hopeful or not, but I woke up this morning with virtually no pain...

Here's the link to the article: [...]

I think it might be helpful for carpel tunnel as well, but I don't know that for sure.

I recommend you try this very inexpensive product before trying other methods.
