really can't be sure how well it's working but i put it on twice a day. the reason i decided to write a review is because i was and still am frustrated that i can't find out how much capsaicin is in the 4.95% oleoresin capsicum listed as this ointment's active ingredient. the people at the company were clueless and on line all i can get is info on bear and self protection sprays.
