This is a good product for those who really use their feet. I am deployed in Iraq, and walk at least 3 miles 7 days a week and am training for a marathon. This is a great product.

The Foot Wheel is amazing! I am a competitive fencer and am prone to plantar fasciitis due to my heavy training and competition schedule. I now use the Foot Wheel daily as part of my training routine. The frequency of my plantar fasciitis flare ups have decreased by 75%. Yeah!

I have given the foot wheel a try. It does provide good presure on the foot sole and I do feel some relief. The wheel is smaller than I anticipated and believe it would be better if it was bigger and wider. I is more difficult than it should be to keep the wheel centered under my foot.

I purchased this for my sister who has been suffering with plantar fasciitis . The wheel really helps to get deeply into the area and does bring some relief from the pain. She has been very pleased with the results
