FitBALL USA - Ball Dynamics Seat Cushion

Sit on a cushion of air! Normal sitting, especially for long periods, places a lot of pressure on your back. With a Ball Dynamics Seating cushion the stresses shift. The wedge shape and unevenness of the cushion add an element of instability to sitting. Improve posture and alignment while driving or working at the computer. This dynamic seating cushion helps to boost core strength. Also makes a great lumbar cushion. Available in blue. NOTE: Comes in clinical non-retail packaging which means product is in sealed plastic bag without box. No instructions necessary. Simply inflate to desired height and sit.

  • Dynamic seating cushion helps to boost core strength

  • Wedge shape encourages proper and aligment while sitting at a desk or table

  • Also works great on the floor, or stand it upright in a chair as a back support

  • 13" adult size

  • Made of virtually indestructible latex-free PVC vinyl

5As good as physical therapy and much cheaper!  Dec 25, 2007
By Andrea Cost Gilbreath "SciFi Librarian"
Tough and useful product.

I bought my first Movin'Sit Cushion in desperation about a year ago. I was having terrible hip pain after starting a new job. Had to cling to the stair rails and pull myself up. It was awful. A specialist prescribed physical therapy three times a week - expensive and time consuming.

I read everything I could find on hip pain and decided to give the wedge a try to see if sitting in a more open position (rather than 90 degrees) would help. By the end of the second day, I could tell a difference in my ability to walk. By the end of the first week, I could hurry up the stairs. Apparently, the problem had been caused by the chair allotted to me.

Since it has also helped my back, I've bought cushions for both of my parents and for a friend. I highly recommend this product for anyone who has hip or back pain. The cost is low enough to make it a worthwhile risk. I prefer the smooth side and have to play around with a new cushion to get the air volume right, but it has made a huge difference in the quality of my life.

5Service from the provider was not great  Mar 25, 2009
By B. Smith
I received my product in a plastic bag not the orginal box. I had no directions and they told me that I just added air to this product.
They told me that the product was new and they do not send the product in the box. I did blow air into the cushion and I did get it to where I like it. I did not like how this co. handled my questions.

2Movin'Sit Air Cushion limited use  Aug 07, 2007
By Priscilla Storch "Richard Storch"
My Physical Therapist recommended the Movin'Sit Air Cushion in order to shift my spine into a better position to relieve pressure. I purchased two, one for my office and one for my car. I found it impossible to use one in my car as I am tall 6'1" and no matter how much little air I put into the cushion it still kept me up too high and unstable for safe driving. In the office I find it to be too narrow/small. I find myself trying to balance myself on it constantly. I stopped using both because of these difficulties. In addition it there is no easy valve to blow up the cushion. There is a small hole with a long plastic stem and basically you have to get a mouthfull of the back of the cushion in order to blow any air into it.

I believe it might work better for people of a smaller size.
