Very handy for carrying fitness ball to class! I had used a resistance band and just wrapped it around the ball, but this works much better and I can use the ball and not have to remove the band!

This strap was easy to put on the ball (though being short, I have a relatively small ball; I suppose it might be harder to put on a larger ball). It just stays on all the time and doesn't interfere with my use of the ball at ALL! Without it, I don't know how on earth I could get through those double doors at the exercise center. The strap is a godsend!
