This is an AWESOME product! I used one in physical therapy after shoulder surgery, and it is the best! Used hot or cold, it provides constant relief for a long period of time -- I love it!

the shoulder sleeve gel pack works exactly like it is supposed to work! it brings cold therapy to upper arm and shoulder. it is very easy to put on and stays in place. it appears to be a well made product and i am completely satisfied

I like the coverage over my shoulder, doesn't get down to my elbow which is disappointing. It's very comfortable, doesn't come loose or fall off if you move around which is really nice, but it doesn't stay cold for very long. I usually end up putting on another gel cold pack underneath this sleeve just to feel like I iced my shoulder.

I bought this product to help me ice my shoulder due to a shoulder injury. I froze the product for more than the recommended time stated in the instructions. The instructions say the cold will last for 20 to 40 min per application...more like 10 min and then it is more cool than cold. It is definitely not like have ice on your shoulder.
I don't think this product is worth the amount of money I paid for it for the amount of cold therapy I am getting from it.
