I thought it was going to be a thick gel wrap with soft cover like at my physical therapist, but it was a then removable gel cold pack in a cover. It was somewhat crunchy rather than flexible gel. Too much like what I already have on my freezer!

Nice ice pack/wrap, very flexible and soft, much more comfortable than traditional ice packs or thick gel wraps.

I got this to apply to my shoulder after rotator cuff surgery. It was a good size to keep my shoulder cold. It also is soft enough to mold to your body. The gel is nice and cold and stays cold for a very long time. There are two gel packs so you can keep one in the freezer while you use the other. The velcro was helpful to keep the ice in place. The only problem I had was that the gel somehow folded inside the plastic wrap of one of the gel packs. I like the gel and the size of this as I have also used it for my lower back and essentially it can be used for any area required cold.

The product is really good. I use it every time after I do a long run and it works really well.
The only problem i see, is that the gel gets warm pretty fast, but it's enough time. Moreover,
they send you two gels, then you can replace it. In summary It's an excellent product for this price.
