"The Real Deal"
The Elasto gel Lumbar Wrap is not a professional icing device for a severe back injured person.
The item in question does not get ice cold and it doesn't stay chilled longer than 10 minutes.
In my case where I have inflammation on my spine, 5 minutes of chilled ice is an insufficient amount of time to
ice an area that requires at least 15 or 20 minutes of direct and intense icing per session.
The item suggest that it can be wrapped around the waste, so it might stay in place, it doesn't.
I realized after purchasing and using this Elasto gel Lumbar Wrap, the most effective use is to be lying on my back, not standing and the ice should be very ccccold!

This lumbar wrap does its job well.It comes with a close-fitting durable plastic bag which should not be discarded. The fit is adjustable and holds its "grip" well.
