The diameter is too small to support an adults neck properly, unless they have a really short neck, it's a mediocre back pillow too for that reason too. Too bad since this thing feels really good. Too bad it can't be used as a elbow pad either for my desk, it's too big. It's either too big or too small :(
should be good for dwarves and kids though (no I'm not making fun of dwarves).
Update: I found out from the company that there is a larger diameter version and asked them why they didn't show it here but never got a reply.

I just purchased this product from my chiropractor and I love it! I am an adult and have a long neck and I find that this neck roll is the perfect size for me. I use the neck roll when I get migraines and it helps ease the pain. It's very convenient to use...just throw it in the freezer (or microwave)for a little while and take it out and use it. I definitely recommend this to anyone who gets migraines or has any type of neck condition. It's also great just to relax tense muscles.
