The multi-purpose therapy wraps are the most universal of all wraps. User may apply these wraps to all parts of the body. For smaller areas such as forehead, elbow or ankle the recommended. Sizes are the 4Óx24Ó or 6Óx16Ó wrap. The 6Óx24Ó is recommended for areas such as, knee and neck. When treating larger areas such as leg, shoulder, chest or back our 9Óx24Ó is perfect. Additional lengths are also available.

I bought the Elasto-Gel 6x16 AP Therapy Wrap to help with the treatment of recently diagnosed Rotator Cuff Tendinitis. It is made from a very comfortable material which can be placed directly against the skin with no irritation, and stays cold for a relatively decent amount of time. The length is great, lending itself to many applications where you might want to wrap it around a joint. It secures in place easily and stays put; all in all, I am very happy with this purchase.

I use it cold only. If gets cold fast in the. Freezer, but stays very flexible when cold. Last 15-20 minutes. I rotate two of them. Purchased online at amazon,very fast delivery.

Great product! Stays cold for about 20 to 20 mins. Is great for after surgery conforms to your body without gettting hard and lumpy.

There's nothing wrong with this gel wrap, but I have the larger one and would recommend it. The larger wrap covers more area and has more flexibility and is worth the extra money.

this gel wrap molds easily to any extremity, can be hot or cold. but mostly was recommended by my phyisical therapist. best wrap ever!
