Believe me, I am not what you call a "fan" of many products. Generally I seem to find fault with all products I use and love and some I use and hate! But I really had to comment on this amazing, incredible pillow. I am 57 years old and since getting this pillow I have never slept better in my adult life. I don't think I ever remember not struggling with my pillow, night after night, finding a pillow that works for me, I have a closet full of barely used pillows that I tried and hated.
I went to Br**kstone to get their cut-out pillow and with shipping and taxes, it's almost a hundred bucks and you can't give it back if you don't like it. Not for my taste. I need to know I can return an item that expensive if I don't like it. So my search continued.
I am a side sleeper, I sleep on my left side. I have had neck and back cramps continuously for the last decade. I toss and turn, get up 5 times and back for more, every night. Since The Duro-Med came into my life I have slept all through the night and wake up PAIN FREE every day. It's like a miracle to me, I really don't know what else to say.
The two sides are different, one "leg" is thicker than the other, great idea, because I do like one better than the other, smart to give us a choice.
OK, I thought of something... The pillow case is crap. There. It really is. I am used to a 600 count sheet and baby soft cotton. The pillow case that comes with this is like sandpaper. Throw it away. Instead get a king size pillow case and use that. It's a not a perfect fit but who cares!
Thank you Duro-Med but I don't trust you so I am going to buy 5 of these because I don't want this disappearing on me.
DO NOT HESITATE TO GET THIS.

I was looking for a pillow that would help support my neck as I lay on my side through the night. After reading the previous reviews, I thought I'd give the Hugg a try. The pillow worked like a charm! I love it even as a support as I lay in bed to read...and the price! I thought it would be just an old cheapie and not give much support but I was proven to be wrong. This is a great pillow. Perfect full size not some tiny little thing. You won't be dissapointed! Easy to change the case and wash too.

I didn't expect this pillow to be so big & initially was a little disappointed but, since i ordered it i obviously had to give it a shot. I've been using for a week and am really loving it. I have neck/shoulder issues so when lying on my back I tuck the center under my neck, it supports my cervical spine & forces my shoulders to relax which is really hard for me and when I turn on my side there's comfort for me too without having to readjust! I like it!!!!

This pillow helps me with my TMJ and neck injury.I have used it for over 2 years and just purchased another one. I had purchased many pillows before I came across this one.

I bought this pillow when I had shoulder surgery. It was probably the best investment I ever made! Having to change the way I normally sleep, this pillow made it bearable for me to rest. I bought a second one to keep as a spare when the first wears out.
