Convenient way to ice. Much better than buying foam cups and picking up the little pieces as they are torn away. Cryocup does not leak when filled with water. I had a problem with the ice breaking off when I separated the pieces. Now I start icing with the top still on until it warms up a bit and the top slides off without breaking off the ice.

Perfect for therapeutic ice massage. Makes daily ice massage easy, with no prep or cleanup. I massage my achilles tendon for 5 minutes each day, then pop the thing back in the freezer. (The ice comes nowhere close to melting in those 5 minutes so I never have to wait for a re-freeze).

Not an ice treatment is as effective as a cryocup for my plantar fasciitis. Many professional physical therapies use them. The ice contacts straight to your affected area and the blue handle is very easy to handle than the cold ice itself.

The cryocups really lets you apply ice pressure to the sore area. I found thay the pain was reduced almost immediately.

A very convenient,if seemingly, at first slightly expensive way of icing painful muscles. I tried various other methods, ice bags,cold packs,etc. the Cryocups not only cool the tissue, but allow you to massage the cold in at the same time.
The product is made of a plastic that withstands the expansion problems of ice. All in all a very good product for those of us who tend to beat up on our muscles.
