Does the job. Could be slightly improved. Jun 15, 2011

This is a great item if you are looking for a safe way to remove athletic tape and/or bandages. The plastic feels strong, and the blade works well with no issue. However, there are two things that prevent it from getting a 5-star rating. The first thing is that it is bigger than it needs to be. It could be two-thirds the size and perform much of the same way. While its size does allow you to get a solid grip, it is a little cumbersome when for carrying around in a sports bag or placed on a small shelf. The second thing I would have liked to see would be some sort of cap to protect the blade. It just comes in a plastic bag. Even my girlfriend's tweezers have a cap on them. Something like that would've been perfect. But overall, it does the job.

Shark Cutter is a great product that is quickly removes tape. Our family uses it everyday after HS practices. Cost effective and quick!

If you play sports and use athletic tape you need this... scissors don't really cut it and this is easy to use in either hand!

The shark is a heavy duty tape remover that does the job quickly and safely. I highly recommend it if you're a serious athlete.

Shark tape cutter works well, its alot bigger than I thought it was. I was tired of using the dull tape scissors and bought this and im satisfied with the way it works, its comfortable to grip and cuts easily and quickly. Im only giving it a four star rating because I havent had it for a whole season yet but so far so good.
