Ahhhhh...... Nov 23, 2007
By Bethany C. Badawi
"Bopanee"
I'm an ER nurse with the bad back that goes with the job and while the Cincher DOES get hot after running around all day, it is WELL worth it! First of all, it's easy to put on and adjust, second, the relief you experience is immediate and it puts pressure in all the right places. I like that it doesn't feel bulky and fits under my scrubs well, even helps flatten the tummy a little! Plus, it helps to prevent me from doing movements that hurt my back and I don't go home in pain after 12 hours of lifting, tugging and pulling on people. VERY NICE! I've spent hundreds of dollars on massages, rubs, and anything else that promises relief, this is the one thing that truly works! I am telling all of my co-workers and patients that come in with back pain about it! LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT! If you don't have one, get one as soon as possible!

Holds lower back tight to help relieve pain Jan 12, 2008
By G This one holds your lower back in to relieve pain. It doesn't help too much with the upper back. I purchased a posture brace and this one. I sometimes wear them together for upper and low back pain. I thought this one would work for both but it is better for low back pain. True to size. It is easily adjusted to fit better.

Hot but worth it Oct 10, 2007

I have been gradually increasing the amount of time I wear this brace each day. It forces me to sit up straight (I find computers induce slouching), and my back feels much better. The only problem it has (particularly in a climate like south Texas) is that you sweat under it, an unfortunate consequence of the types of materials necessary to create these devices.

Very excellent relief Apr 04, 2008

Funny enough, I'm a male and i love this brace also. I'm a nurse and being on my feet all day used to kill my upper (thoracic) back. When I put on this brace for the first time i felt immediate relief. I thought "i wonder what i will feel like in a few weeks?" Well, after 3 weeks i feel an unbelievable difference. What a brace. Although I haven't tried many others, this one is recommended by me.

not for posture May 06, 2008
By web browser I was looking for something to help with better posture and thought this would be the item for me. I got the back support item quickly but found it did nothing for my upper back to correct my posture. I returned it to find that not only did I pay for shipping it back but now I have also had money deducted for restocking too! This should be noted before you buy from Therapy Connection not after the fact. I was disappointed and would not purchase from them again. I think companies that offer products online should realize they need to be either more specific and more customer oriented to trying out the product. (certainly returned in perfect condition to re-sell)
